Dr. Anh-Quang DAO is an experienced educator and researcher affiliated with Duy Tan University, VIETNAM. He currently serves as the Deputy Head of the Faculty of Environmental and Natural Sciences, School of Engineering and Technology, Duy Tan University.

Dr. Dao specializes in Engineering, with a strong background in Material Physics and Chemistry, and has dedicated his career to vocational education, higher education, and the circular economy. He manages a scientific research group focusing on electrochemical sensors, materials, and catalysis for applications in Environmental Engineering and Food Technology. His research output is significant, having published more than 30 scientific papers, primarily in high-impact (Q1, Q2) SCI journals. He is also a Circular Economy and Green Transition Expert.

A strong advocate for educational reform, Dr. Dao has proven ability and experience in effectively implementing the CDIO framework in both environmental and food engineering programs. He consistently attends CDIO-related meetings, including the International Conference, Asian Regional Meeting, and International Working Meeting, and actively engages in workshops and roundtable discussions on education. He has also participated in guiding candidate institutions preparing proposals for CDIO community participation. He is committed to advancing the CDIO framework and promoting the initiative actively using his extensive connections with universities and colleges regionally and internationally.
