I am an educational developer with an engineering background (M. Sc. Eng., Chalmers). Half my time I am engaged in staff development at KTH. I lead and work in educational development at KTH, in Sweden and internationally – in the CDIO Initiative since 2001.

My interest is driving change processes on course, curriculum, institutional, national and international level.

Engineering education faces challenges, of such nature that cosmetic change or ‘more of the same’ will not work. We need fundamental rethinking and action, in an iterative process. Fortunately, we can sharpen our strategies and tools in international collaboration with friendly competition. It is also much more fun to do it together!
