The CDIO™ INITIATIVE is an innovative educational framework for producing the next generation of engineers. It provides students with an education stressing engineering fundamentals set in the context of Conceiving — Designing — Implementing — Operating real-world systems and products. The CDIO™ Initiative was developed with input from academics, industry, engineers and students. It is universally adaptable for all engineering schools. CDIO™ Initiative collaborators throughout the world have adopted CDIO™ as the framework of their curricular planning and outcome–based assessment. |
