Professor Jiang Chunyan is the vice-president and the head of Teaching Affairs Department of Qiqihar Vocational College.

      As head of Teaching Affairs Department of the college since 2001, Professor Jiang Chunyan has applied the thoughts of ISO9000 management to the teaching management and presided over the making of a series of related rules, regulations and the documents concerned. Furthermore, she has established the teaching quality monitoring system, developed the teaching assessment system and perfected the modern teaching management means, which greatly improved the working quality and efficiency.
